Regina Street Multi-Residential Build

Regina Street is a multi-residential build, with rooftop terrace and pool, spacious interiors, and views to the city and neighbouring park.

The main challenges addressed in this design were the odd shape of the block, which made it difficult to design a floor plate and car park that had the correct capacity. Another challenge posed by the block was accommodating the city and park views into the design, despite the odd shape. Additionally, the design needed to factor in flood immunity as the project is built on a flood affected site.
